Technically this wasn’t going to be this week’s post. But after doing a little bit more chatting with our mom audience, it became very evident to me what kind of post you guys needed. Some of the discussions this weekend circled around mom guilt (find that post here), low self worth, balancing family life events, and more. But the number one thing I kept hearing was that no one felt good enough with where they were, how much they were doing for their families, and the gratitude and impact of their actions.
It’s time everyone start focusing a little more on personal self care. It is so necessary to make sure that you are mentally and emotionally strong so that you can be the same for your family.
So! In hopes of promoting a positive self -image, here is a list of 20 motivational and inspirational quotes to get you started on the right path. Read as many as you need as often as you need to hear it. Print it and post it on your mirror if you need! It’s all for you. Remember, you are a badass, you are a mom, and you deserve the world.
